Build Your Own Italian Pizzas Gourmet Pizzas More This is a traditional Greek style pizza with TOMASO'S secret sauce and the delicious toppings of sun dried tomatoes, red onions, black olives and zucchini topped with a covering of mozzarella and the always tasty feta cheese. Our fresh thin crust is lightly glazed with extra virgin olive oil, adding sun dried tomatoes and special pesto blend. We add mozzarella, feta and asiago cheeses topped with a sprinkle of pine nuts and roasted garlic, finishing with a dusting of fresh basil. We start with TOMASO'S fresh thin crust and secret Italian sauce, add sun dried tomato and fresh spinach, covered with ricotta cheese, mozzarella cheese, red pepper with or without your choice of Italian sausage. Finally we oven bake with roasted garlic, brush with extra virgin olive oil freshly out of the oven. We mix Tomaso's secret sauce with sun dried tomatoes and add a layer of freshly sliced tomato, completely smothered with mozzarella cheese. Finishing we add slicks of plum tomato, coperto with feta cheese and a dusting of freshly ground peppercorn. Your choice of either Tomaso's secret sauce or a light Sesame Oil. We add broccoli, artichoke hearts, red peppers and finish with roasted garlic, mozza, cheddar and parmesan cheese. A thin crust covered with TOMASO'S secret sauce topped with artichoke hearts and spinach covered with a layer of feta cheese and red onion, finishing with freshly grated mozzarella. This is a house favourite, topped with pepperoni, hot banana peppers and pineapple covered with mozzarella cheese and real Canadian bacon. We start with extra virgin olive oil, add a layer of button mushrooms, then smother this layer with a second layer of mushrooms. We then cover with mozzarella cheese, parsley, fresh parmesan and freshly cut Portobello mushrooms (*add roasted garlic for extra flavour, your choice!)
